Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyse, and document business and functional requirements for portfolio transfer initiatives.
- Perform detailed data analysis to assess data quality, completeness, and consistency across source and target systems.
- Define and conduct data mining, mapping, cleansing, reconciliation, and validation rules to support accurate portfolio transfer.
- Identify data gaps, exceptions, and business or system impacts across policy, customer, and operational areas.
- Support UAT, implementation readiness, and post-transfer validation in close collaboration with business, IT teams, and vendors.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably within insurance or financial services.
- Strong hands-on experience in data analysis, data mapping, reconciliation, exception handling, and validation.
- Proven ability to produce clear, structured, and testable documentation (e.g. business rules, requirements, process flows).
- Experience supporting UAT and business validation for data-intensive or migration-related initiatives.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills; experience in portfolio transfer or data migration is an advantage.
