Key Job Duties
- Conduct detailed business analysis to gather and document stakeholder requirements for claims-related initiatives.
- Translate business needs into clear requirements to support solution design and end-to-end claims processing journeys.
- Work closely with project managers to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, including system design, specifications, test cases, and operational documents.
- Lead and participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and support rollout of new solutions or enhancements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of Business Analyst experience, preferably within claims projects; Individual Life & Health claims experience is a plus.
- Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to work independently.
- Experience working with project management and requirement tracking tools (e.g. Jira, Confluence).
- Exposure to data analysis or visualisation tools; knowledge of AI or machine learning is an advantage.
