We're helping our FI company to look for Human Resources Assistant Officer to join the team to support the recruitment area with details as below,
Responsibilities:
- Support the full recruitment cycle, including but not limited to job posting, interview and assessment, offer negotiation and onboarding arrangement
- Liaise with hiring managers and relevant stakeholders in the administration of recruitment activities, and handle relevant staff enquiries
- Perform other HR-related projects or ad-hoc assignments as required
Requirements:
- University degree
- At least one year of relevant experience in the human resources management, with knowledge of labour-related ordinances
- Highly conversant with Microsoft applications, including Excel, Word and PowerPoint; knowledge of PeopleSoft HR system preferable
- Good analytical, communication, interpersonal and organisational skills
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
