Assistant Relationship Manager, Wealth Management

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily investor suitability assessments and ensure precision in trade order processing and data management.
• Maintain the accuracy of product inventories and trade books, ensuring all data reflects real-time market positions.
• Prepare comprehensive trading documentation for rigorous regulatory and internal compliance reviews.
• Act as a stakeholder in efficiency projects, including process automation and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for proprietary client management systems.

Requirements:

• Degree in Finance, Business, or a related field.
• HKSI Paper 1 is required. Progress toward CFA, CAIA, or CIIA is highly regarded.
• Proficiency in MS Excel is essential; experience with Bloomberg, VBA, or Python will give you a significant advantage.
• Minimum 1 year in financial services; ambitious fresh graduates with strong internships are encouraged to apply.
• A self-starter mindset with the ability to remain calm under pressure and a meticulous eye for detail.
