Responsibilities:
  • Help design and execute a robust investor relations framework that aligns with the firm's global expansion goals.
  • Act as a primary point of contact for the global investment community, including institutional investors and regulatory bodies.
  • Manage ongoing relationships with sell-side analysts and track capital market sentiment, sector trends, and peer performance.
  • Author and design high-level investor presentations, fact sheets, and reporting documents.
  • Lead the coordination of investor conferences, non-deal roadshows, and one-on-one meetings.
Requirements:
  • At least 8 years of professional experience with at least 2 years of IR experience within a Hong Kong-listed entity.
  • A foundation in Investment Banking, Equity Research, or Corporate Finance is highly preferred.
  • Fluency in English and Mandarin is essential for navigating our global and regional stakeholder base.
  • A self-starter with the executive presence to lead discussions with C-suite internal leaders and sophisticated external investors.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Bloomberg Terminal.
  • Deep familiarity with HKEX listing rules and the nuances of ESG-centric financial storytelling.
