About Our Client A highly established financial services organisation is seeking a
Customer Services Officer to join its corporate communications team. This role acts as a key contact point between the organisation and the public, handling enquiries with professionalism, accuracy and care.
You will be part of a small and supportive team responsible for managing inbound enquiries and supporting external engagement activities.
Job Description - Handle public enquiries via hotline, shared mailbox and written correspondence
- Respond to general enquiries in line with defined guidelines and procedures
- Manage and monitor enquiry cases to ensure timely follow-up
- Liaise with internal teams to obtain accurate information for enquiry responses
- Provide support to event team for engagement activities when is required
The Successful Applicant - 3-5 years' relevant experience in customer service, public enquiries, corporate communications or hotline roles
- Experience in financial services, insurance, banking or regulated environments is an advantage
- Candidates without financial services background are welcome if they have strong enquiry / hotline exposure
- Good communication in Cantonese, English and Mandarin
