Our client, a 25 billion USD Asset Manager leverages in depth fundamental-driven, bottom up research to identify high quality companies globally. We are partnering with them currently to source for an experienced IR/Institutional Sales individual, to cover offshore fundraising/accounts.
Responsibilities:
- To develop Institutional and Corporation investor clients, organise and lead the whole sales process
- To develop channels/distributors for distribution of the company's fund products
- To work closely with the investment team, and coordinate communication between clients and the investment team
- To prepare customised deliverables to address specific requirements/questions in sales presentations, meeting or conference call with clients/counterparties, client/counterparty onboarding process, DDQ, and etc.
- To maintain existing client relationship
- To design new fund products in accordance with requirements, prepare/draft fund documents, and coordinate application of the new products
- To provide support and facilitate other assignments, such as preparing sales/marketing materials and internal reports
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Graduated from a top-tier university
- 10-years+ of relevant experience. Prior work experience at a leading buy-side institution is highly preferred.
- Familiar with both Mainland and Hong Kong financial markets
- Native Mandarin and English
- Efficiency, proactivity, high sense of responsibility, and teamwork with strong relationship management skills
- Ability to work under pressure with effective multi-tasking and organisational skills
