The Role

  • Develop and execute the overall sales strategy aligned with company objectives.
  • Identify new business opportunities and drive market penetration.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform strategy.
  • Prepare and manage sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team targets.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to ensure seamless execution.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

Your Profile

  • Bachelor Degree holder
  • At least 10 years of relevant working experience in account management or business development
  • Gold trading / selling background is a must
  • Entrepreneurial mindset. Proactive, driven, able to cope with changes and multi-task
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
  • Languages in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
