Our client is looking for Head of Sales to join the team.
The Role
- Develop and execute the overall sales strategy aligned with company objectives.
- Identify new business opportunities and drive market penetration.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform strategy.
- Prepare and manage sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team targets.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to ensure seamless execution.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Your Profile
- Bachelor Degree holder
- At least 10 years of relevant working experience in account management or business development
- Gold trading / selling background is a must
- Entrepreneurial mindset. Proactive, driven, able to cope with changes and multi-task
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
- Languages in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
