Responsibilities:
- Provide wealth management and investment advisory services to High Net Worth clients;
- Analyze client financial needs and risk profiles to recommend and offer suitable financial products and solutions;
- Actively develop new client relationships and expand existing client portfolios to achieve sales targets and revenue growth;
- Cultivate and maintain long-term, trusted relationships with clients through exceptional service and regular engagement;
- Collaborate effectively with internal departments to ensure seamless client service and support;
- Perform daily operations and customer services;
- Undertake ad-hoc duties and special projects as assigned by management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree of above in Finance, preferably with trainer experience of junior Sales Managers and with the in-depth knowledge in structured products and the associated product design capabilities. Strong analytical and quantitative skills;
- 5 years or above work experience in Corporate Sales or Retail Banking including knowledge in Fixed Income or equity-linked products;
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills – ability to form effective working relationships;
- Proactive in taking responsibilities and be able to multi-task;
- Passionate and motivated to contribute to investment banking field;
- Capability of working closely with team members and delivering quality work under tight schedules;
- Fluency in English and Mandarinï¼›Both written and verbal communication skills.
