We are looking for an experienced Technical Business Analyst with strong SAP expertise to support system enhancements, business process improvements, and implementation projects. The ideal candidate should have 4+ years of relevant experience, a solid understanding of SAP configuration concepts, and the ability to translate technical and business requirements into effective system solutions.
Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document technical and functional requirements from HR stakeholders.
- Work closely with business users, internal teams, and technical teams to support SAP solutions.
- Assist with configuration discussions, system analysis, and solution design.
- Translate user requirements into clear technical specifications and implementation tasks.
- Coordinate with vendors on solution delivery, issue resolution, and implementation support.
- Support testing, troubleshooting, UAT, and issue resolution.
- Ensure solutions align with business needs and SAP best practices.
Requirements
- Over 4 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Technical BA, or similar role.
- Good understanding and strong hands-on knowledge of SAP modules.
- Ability to understand technical requirements and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong analytical, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working in SAP project environments is preferred.
Nice to Have
- Candidates with consulting background are preferred.
- Experience supporting SAP SuccessFactors implementation or enhancement projects.
- Exposure to integration, testing, or HR system change management.
- Knowledge of end-to-end HR business processes.
