Responsibilities
  • Lead brand development and marketing effort aligning with business objectives.
  • Craft compelling brand strategies and integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Deeply understand the needs of investment users and convert the insights into actionable strategies for buidling brand awareness.
  • Maintain a holistic, big-picture mindset, develop reusable mechanisms through communication activities
  • Develop short-to-long-term brand and marketing plans, integrating internal and external resources, and delivering high-impact communication initiatives across new media and offline channels.
  • Efficiently drive project execution, including brand advertising, new media campaigns, integrated marketing activities, and other related initiatives.
Requirements
  • Degree holder in Marketing, Branding, Communications, Business related disciplines
  • 8+ years of experience in brand building and marketing, preferrable from financial services or internet platforms industry.
  • Strong in driving brand aware from 0 to 1, content planning and creative capabilities, with proven track record
  • Possess sharp business acumen, able to combine commercial goals, user insights, and business development needs to formulate brand marketing strategies and deliver insightful recommendations.
  • Strong communication skills, strong curiosity, and a proactive attitude toward exploring new things.
  • Excellent command in written and spoken Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin) and English.
  • Proactive, fast-paced and self motivated candidate is preferred.
