We're looking for a Marketing Manager to join a dynamic financial services firm in Hong Kong. If you thrive on end-to-end campaign execution and want to work at the intersection of marketing, data, and compliance - this role is for you.
Budget: ~HKD 45,000 per month + discretionary bonuses.
The Role
Campaign leadership - End-to-end execution of seasonal, festive, and product launch campaigns.
Cross-functional collaboration - Work closely with Product, Operations, Legal & Compliance, Actuarial, and Technical teams.
Data & AI-driven execution - Leverage automation, AI tools, and data to improve campaign performance.
Market intelligence - Conduct marketing research and competitor analysis.
Multi-channel coordination - Manage campaign communications across platforms and create sales enablement materials.
Event & lead generation - Organise customer engagement events and lead generation programmes.
Regulatory compliance - Ensure all campaigns comply with local laws and regulatory requirements (critical for Hong Kong financial services).
Your Profile
✅ Mandatory: Good command of Cantonese and English
✅ 5+ years of marketing experience
✅ Strong understanding of Hong Kong regulatory environment for marketing
✅ Proven ability to manage campaigns from brief to execution
✅ Experience working with legal/compliance teams
✅ Data-driven mindset - familiarity with automation/AI tools is a plus
