Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) Experience: 2-3 years

About the Role We are looking for a skilled and motivated
Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) to join a dynamic, forward-thinking team working on high-impact projects that shape the future of technology in the financial industry. This role focuses on building and maintaining reliable, scalable, and secure infrastructure to support innovative solutions.
Key Responsibilities - Design, implement, and maintain scalable, resilient, and secure infrastructure.
- Monitor system health and performance using ELK, Grafana, and Prometheus; proactively identify and resolve issues.
- Manage and optimize containerized applications in Kubernetes (k8s) environments.
- Develop and maintain automated deployment pipelines and configuration management solutions.
- Collaborate with development and product teams to ensure reliability and scalability in new services.
Required Skills & Experience - 2-3 years in SRE, DevOps, or similar infrastructure-focused roles.
- Hands-on experience with observability platforms: ELK, Grafana, Prometheus.
- Proficiency with Kubernetes (k8s) for container orchestration.
- Strong scripting skills (e.g., Python, Bash) and familiarity with automation tools.
- Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
Preferred Qualifications - Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure as Code (e.g., Terraform, Ansible).
- Certifications in Kubernetes, AWS, or related technologies.
