Our client is a global wealth management firm in Hong Kong. We are looking for an experienced Senior Manager to lead Marketing team.
The Role
- Lead the end-to-end project management for an online trading business, focusing on operational efficiency and growth.
- Define and manage the product roadmap, including mobile app feature enhancements, system fixes, and new digital initiatives.
- Drive strategies to expand the digital business portfolio and increase user engagement.
- Supervise and lead a small team, ensuring effective project execution.
- Oversee project timelines, vendor coordination, and cross-team collaboration to keep initiatives on track.
- Work closely with internal departments and external vendors to ensure seamless project delivery across all stages.
- Prepare and deliver regular reports on business performance, team activities, and project milestones.
- Actively participate in key meetings, including management reviews, regional digital business calls, sales sessions, and departmental head meetings.
Your Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, MIS, Finance, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Proven track record in senior-level roles managing e-commerce and projects within financial institutions.
- Demonstrated success in delivering complex projects with strong strategic thinking skills.
- Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills for engaging internal and external stakeholders.
- Solid understanding of financial products, investment principles, and commercial dynamics.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting and drive marketing-led initiatives to achieve business goals.
- Fluent in written and spoken English, Chinese, and Mandarin.
