My client is seeking a Transformation Manager / Senior Manager to join a leading consulting firm and lead transformation programs for clients in the Insurance industry. In this role, he/she will own end-to-end delivery governance, driving tangible outcomes across business process, technology enablement, and operating model change. The individual will manage complex stakeholder ecosystems, lead cross-functional teams, and ensure high-quality execution aligned to scope, timeline, and value objectives.
Responsibilities
- Lead and support transformation projects aimed at enhancing operational efficiency and effectiveness within insurance organizations.
- Collaborate with clients to assess current operational frameworks and identify areas for strategic improvement, particularly in claims processing and other operational areas.
- Lead planning, execution, and governance of insurance-focused transformation programs.
- Translate client needs into scalable program workplans, delivery roadmaps, and measurable outcomes.
Requirements:
- 4-9 years of experience in insurance transformation
- A background in consulting, supplemented by experience in the insurance industry to provide a well-rounded perspective.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to evaluate complex operational frameworks.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging effectively with clients and cross-functional teams.
