The Role We are seeking an exceptional Executive Assistant to provide high-level support to senior investment professionals. This role requires outstanding organisational skills, strong judgment, absolute discretion, and the ability to operate confidently in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment. Fluency in Korean and English is essential, with Japanese strongly preferred.
Key Responsibilities Executive Support
- Provide comprehensive EA support to senior investment professionals, including complex calendar management across multiple time zones
- Coordinate domestic and international travel, visas, and detailed itineraries
- Act as a trusted gatekeeper, managing communications and prioritising competing demands
- Prepare meeting materials, presentations, and correspondence as required
Stakeholder & Business Coordination
- Liaise with internal teams, portfolio companies, investors, and external advisors across Asia, Europe, and the US
- Support bilingual/trilingual communications in Korean and English, and Japanese where required
- Assist with coordination of board meetings, investment committee meetings, and investor-related activities
Administrative & Operational Support
- Manage expenses, invoices, and administrative processes accurately and efficiently
- Maintain confidential records, contact databases, and filing systems
- Provide ad hoc support on projects, events, and office initiatives as needed
Requirements Experience & Skills
- Minimum 4-8 years' experience as an Executive Assistant or any administrative supporting role, ideally within financial services firms
- Proven experience supporting senior executives in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- Exceptional organisational skills with strong attention to detail
- Ability to anticipate needs, problem-solve independently, and manage priorities with minimal supervision
Language Skills - Fluent in Korean and English (written and spoken) - mandatory
- Japanese proficiency strongly preferred (business-level or above)
