We are seeking an experienced IT Security Manager to oversee and strengthen our information security, cybersecurity, and IT risk management functions. This plays a critical part in safeguarding our systems, data, and infrastructure while ensuring compliance with regulatory and internal security standards.
Key Responsibilities
Manage information security and IT risk for HK office
Oversee security operations, including responding to incidents and supporting security-related user issues
Manage user access controls and conduct regular privilege and account reviews
Partner closely with Head Office and regional teams to roll out security policies, tools, and enhancement initiatives.
Design, implement, and enhance security network infrastructure.
Liaise with internal and external auditors to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and security policies
Requirements Degree or Associate Degree in Computer Science or related disciplines
Holder of certifications, such as CRISC, CISA, CISM, CISSP, CEH, or CCSP
Minimum 5 years of experience in information security, preferably within the banking or financial services sector
Hands-on experience with IP networking and internet-based systems, including firewalls, IPS, content filtering, and DLP
Strong command of spoken and written English and Chinese (including Mandarin)
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
