Your new role - You will oversee the day-to-day operation and maintenance of the Profitability Analysis Management (PAM) system.
- You will provide system support to end users, including process optimisation and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- You will design, develop, and maintain databases, analytical reports, and monitoring tools to support departmental decision-making.
- You will support the enhancement and automation of internal workflows to improve efficiency and operational effectiveness.
- You will participate in finance-related projects and digital transformation initiatives within the department.
- You will assist in the deployment of AI-driven solutions in financial management, including financial forecasting, process intelligence, and advanced data analytics.
- You will apply AI tools to develop intelligent financial solutions.
What you'll need to succeed - Bachelor's degree or above; in finance, accounting, data, or related fields preferred.
- Strong communication skills in both Chinese and English, written and spoken.
- Knowledge of management accounting; hands-on experience in financial or operational data analysis is an advantage.
- Practical exposure to data and automation tools such as SQL, Excel VBA, Access, Power Query, OAS, TM1, Python, Tableau, RPA, or similar platforms.
- Familiarity with AI-related tools, including machine learning, natural language processing, and predictive analytics, with a strong interest in applying AI within financial functions.
- Ability to translate business needs into data-driven and AI-enabled solutions for reporting automation, data mining, and decision management support.
