Our client is a leading insurance company. You will work closely with business users, technology teams, and vendors to gather requirements, support AI‑enabled use cases, and improve agency workflows through GenAI solutions.
Responsibilities
- Gather and document business requirements from agency, operations, and IT teams
- Translate business needs into clear functional requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Support digital application development by working with designers, developers, and vendors
- Participate in Agile project activities and support user acceptance testing (UAT)
- Review agency and insurance processes and identify opportunities for digitalisation and automation
- Recommend and support implementation of system improvements and workflow enhancements
- Act as a key liaison between business stakeholders and technology teams
- Prepare and present proposals, updates, and findings to stakeholders
- Analyse data and define reporting or dashboard requirements
- Ensure digital solutions comply with regulatory and data privacy requirements
- Plan and support digital application promotion activities such as workshops and field visits
- Drive user adoption and track usage against agreed targets
Qualifications
- University or college graduate
- 3+ years of GenAI project experience, preferably in insurance or financial services
- Experience in digital projects, system implementation, or business analysis is an advantage
- Strong interest in digital transformation and agency operations
- Good understanding of user experience and user‑centric design
- Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Self‑motivated, organised, and able to manage multiple tasks
- Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua)
- Comfortable working with cross‑functional teams and external vendors
