Key responsibilities:
As a Junior Partner in Investor Relations, you will drive fundraising, manage global investor relationships, and support strategic insights across alternative investments.
- Lead fundraising initiatives across venture and growth equity, real estate, and special situations
- Build and manage relationships with family offices, HNWIs, and key institutional stakeholders
- Identify and engage investors across key markets, primarily Singapore and the U.S., with coverage in Hong Kong, Korea, and Japan
- Represent the firm at investor meetings, conferences, and industry events to promote investment strategies
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored pitch materials and fundraising documentation
- Report fundraising progress, market insights, and investor feedback to senior leadership
- Ensure full compliance with regulatory requirements across relevant jurisdictions
Candidate profile:
To excel in this role, you bring fundraising experience, strong alternative asset expertise, proven investor relationship skills, and the ability to translate insights into strategy while ensuring compliance.
- 12+ years' experience in fundraising or investor relations within financial services or investment management
- Strong investor network in Singapore and the U.S., with additional coverage in Hong Kong, Korea, or Japan preferred
- Deep expertise in alternative investments, including venture capital, growth equity, real estate, and special situations
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage and influence diverse stakeholders
- Strategic, results-driven approach to delivering fundraising objectives
- Proven ability to work independently while collaborating across cross-functional teams
- Solid understanding of global fundraising regulations and compliance requirements
