In T&O, we manage the majority of the Bank's operational processes and inspire to delight our business partners through our multiple banking delivery channels.

Responsibility
  • Formulate short, medium, and long-term transformation strategies to digitize the organization
  • Drive GenAI / Agentic AI / other AI ops use cases across the 3 line operations and other Ops initiatives with Group and local stakeholders.
  • Review new and existing processes, resources and systems, making and overseeing any changes to the company infrastructure where necessary
  • Implementing any operational changes and delivering measurable improvements.
  • Act as point of contact between different departments within the company and relevant third parties.
  • Communicate strategies and objectives with relevant departments and colleagues.
  • Identify any risks regarding changes and develop a strategy to overcome them.
  • Implement any changes sensitively and with minimal disruption.
  • Provide business analyst support to users and close the gap between users, tech and regional team on user stories and UAT. So as to ensure the understanding of user stories is aligned and provide comprehensive scope.
  • Where necessary, oversee any technology issues.
  • Support the team lead to manage the initiative and project budget
  • Work closely with Regional and local business and supporting units to deliver projects and initiatives.
Requirement
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, business administrative, or related fields of study.
  • Minimum 8-10 years of experience in project management, transformation or ops/call centre streamlining and re-engineering and business analyst.
  • Knowledge of consumer banking, institutional banking or wealth or call centre product and services prcesses
  • PMP qualification is an advantage
  • Strong in technical skill and knowledge particularly GenAI/Agentic AI
  • Experience in driving medium to large scale operation transformation and digitization initiatives is an advantage
  • Academic, professional, or vocational qualifications in management and/or leadership is an advantage
  • Good communication and inter-personal skill
  • Strong stakeholder management and able to work handle multiple projects and tight timeline
  • Good sense of system process and IT infrastructure is an advantage
  • Experience in people management
