Business Function Group Marketing & Communications (GM&C) is responsible for building, protecting, and enhancing the DBS brand in an increasingly commoditised banking industry. Working closely with all units within the DBS Group, we create and execute integrated strategies that focus on communications especially digital communications, marketing and research to differentiate - and elevate - our brand from the rest of the competition.
Principal Responsibilities Search Strategy and Execution - Develop and own end-to-end SEO/GEO strategy for IBG/GTS Hong Kong, optimising for visibility, authority, and conversions across search platforms including AI.
- Partner with internal teams and external agencies (Creative, Media, SEO, GEO) to translate search intent, FAQs, and segment-specific questions into effective content strategies for key product categories.
- Ensure content directly answers user intent through structured, multi-modal formats (headings, tables, FAQs, images, video).
- Improve crawlability and schema for enhanced inclusion in Google AI Overviews and Large Language Model (LLM) outputs.
- Enhance Experience, Expertise, Authoritativeness, and Trustworthiness (E-E-A-T) across all content.
- Reshape content operations for faster content creation and deployment.
Web Analytics and Performance Reporting - Manage the setup, maintenance, and health of web analytics platforms [Google Analytics (GA4) and Google Tag Manager (GTM)] to monitor user behaviour and conversion funnels on DBS Corporate and SME websites.
- Explore new funnel attribution methods to capture \"clickless\" AI discovery.
- Develop and present performance reports/dashboards, highlighting business impact and providing actionable recommendations for continuous optimisation across all digital marketing efforts.
Web Content Governance and Management - Co-manage sales and marketing content updates with the broader Marketing team for DBS HK Corporate and SME websites via the bank's Content Management System (CMS), ensuring accuracy, brand consistency, and timely publication through assisting with User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Manage marketing content requests via Jira and coordinate review/approval workflow with relevant stakeholders (e.g., Business Units, Legal & Compliance) to ensure stringent governance, compliance, and proper audit trails.
Integrated Digital Campaigns and Paid Media - Integrate SEO/GEO strategies with paid media campaigns to maximise search visibility, qualified traffic and conversions.
- Plan and manage paid media campaigns across various platforms (e.g., Google Ads, social media advertising, display networks), monitoring budgets and providing performance recommendations.
Collaboration and Innovation - Work with internal teams (e.g., content creators, product marketing, sales) and external agencies/vendors for integrated campaign execution and optimisation.
- Contribute innovative ideas and insights by staying abreast of emerging digital marketing trends and technologies, particularly in Gen AI/Agent technologies for content and workflow automation.
Requirements - Degree or above with major in Business Administration, Marketing, e-Commerce, Information Technology or related disciplines.
- At least 4 years in digital marketing, with a focus on SEO, GEO, paid media, website management and analytics, with proven track record in a sizable corporation.
- Proficiency in SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz) and web analytics platforms (e.g., GA4 and GTM).
- Hands-on experience in managing paid media campaigns on platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads).
- Knowledge of Enterprise CMS (e.g., Sitecore, AEM) and project management tools (e.g., Jira/Confluence).
- Experience managing agencies and working in cross-functional teams and markets. Financial services experience, particularly in corporate banking, is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, link drivers with targeted outcomes, make data-driven recommendations that transform into actions to achieve business outcomes.
- Extremely detail-oriented, with a strong grasp of E-E-A-T, schema, multi-modal search optimisation, and technical SEO & GEO fundamentals.
- Highly adaptable, proactive, and results-driven with a strong sense of ownership.
- Ability to deal with ambiguity and manage concurrent tasks independently with accuracy and efficiency in a fast-paced, high-growth matrix environment.
