I am currently working with a fast growing life insurer in Hong Kong to recruit a Senior Manager, Human Resources . This is a hands-on, all-rounded HR leadership position. You will be working closely with the senior management team to deliver end-to-end HR operations and act as a dedicated HR Business Partner to key departments. They are looking for a solid HR practitioner who can balance day-to-day execution with high-level HR strategy.
What you will be doing:
- Manage end-to-end HR functions including Talent Acquisition, Compensation & Benefits, Performance Management, and Employee Relations.
- Act as a trusted advisor to department heads, providing practical HR solutions that align with business objectives.
- Ensure all HR policies and procedures are up-to-date and fully compliant with Hong Kong employment laws and internal compliance standards.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives and build a positive, high-performing corporate culture.
Who we are looking for:
- Degree holder in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Around 10 to 12+ years of solid HR generalist experience.
- Prior experience within Financial Institutions (FI) is a must . Candidates coming from the Insurance, Banking, or Asset Management sectors will be highly preferred.
