What you will be doing:

  1. Manage end-to-end HR functions including Talent Acquisition, Compensation & Benefits, Performance Management, and Employee Relations.
  2. Act as a trusted advisor to department heads, providing practical HR solutions that align with business objectives.
  3. Ensure all HR policies and procedures are up-to-date and fully compliant with Hong Kong employment laws and internal compliance standards.
  4. Drive employee engagement initiatives and build a positive, high-performing corporate culture.

Who we are looking for:

  1. Degree holder in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  2. Around 10 to 12+ years of solid HR generalist experience.
  3. Prior experience within Financial Institutions (FI) is a must . Candidates coming from the Insurance, Banking, or Asset Management sectors will be highly preferred.
  4. Our client heavily values commitment and loyalty. A stable employment track record is strictly required for this position.
  5. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to push back and advise senior business leaders effectively.
  6. Fluent in English and Cantonese.
