Job Description - Support the delivery of health and claims-related solutions integration projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and operational needs
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document user requirements, translating them into clear functional specifications
- Liaise closely with IT teams, vendors, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure system solutions meet business requirements
- Plan, coordinate, and manage User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including preparation of test plans, test cases, and defect tracking
- Lead and support testing activities by coordinating with testing teams and business users to validate system functionality and performance
- Monitor project progress, identify risks or issues, and provide timely escalation and resolution support
- Assist in process improvement initiatives related to claims and health operations to enhance efficiency and service quality
- Ensure proper documentation and adherence to project governance standards throughout the project lifecycle
The Successful Applicant - Minimum 2 years of hands-on Business Analyst experience with solid BA skillset, including requirement gathering, stakeholder communication, and testing coordination
- Previous experience in insurance and/or financial services industry is a must
- Familiar with system implementation lifecycle and experienced in managing UAT activities, including reviewing test plans and test results
- Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese, including Mandarin
- Prior exposure to health or claims-related projects or domain knowledge is highly preferred
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
