About the Role

This role provides hands on exposure to IVS team key activities including worksites and sales support. The intern will work closely with internal stakeholders to support day to day event & sales activities.

Internship Period: 15 June 2026 to 31 August 2026

The purpose of our internship is to provide students, who are passionate in Insurance industry, the opportunity to understand our business through hands-on work experience, projects and programme activities.

What you will learn and contribute:

Depending on the suitable development opportunities in Individual Voluntary Solutions Department, you may be involved in

Support Worksite Events
  • Provide end-to-end support for Worksite events, including preparation, on-site execution, and post-event follow-up to ensure smooth delivery.
Event Materials & Inventory Management
  • Manage stock levels of Worksite event materials, including monitoring usage, coordinating replenishment, and maintaining accurate inventory records.
Event Review & Insights
  • Conduct event review to evaluate performance and recommend improvements for future Worksite events.
Reporting & Template Development
  • Prepare regular operational and performance reports, and design or improve reporting templates to enhance consistency, clarity, and efficiency.
Sales Support Through Calling Exercises
  • Assist sales activities by conducting outbound calling exercises to agents.
What you will need:
  • Undergraduate student in Business or related disciplines
  • Conversant in MS Word applications including Word, Excel, and Chinese word processing
  • Good writing skills with strong attention to detail
  • Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and basic documentation
  • Self-motivated, independent, strong learning ability, sense of responsibility and good teamwork skills

  • You are required to obtain relevant license if your job involves in regulated activities
