Internship Period: 15 June 2026 to 31 August 2026 The purpose of our internship is to provide students, who are passionate in Insurance industry, the opportunity to understand our business through hands-on work experience, projects and programme activities.
What you will learn and contribute: Depending on the suitable development opportunities in
Individual Voluntary Solutions Department, you may be involved in
Support Worksite Events - Provide end-to-end support for Worksite events, including preparation, on-site execution, and post-event follow-up to ensure smooth delivery.
Event Materials & Inventory Management - Manage stock levels of Worksite event materials, including monitoring usage, coordinating replenishment, and maintaining accurate inventory records.
Event Review & Insights - Conduct event review to evaluate performance and recommend improvements for future Worksite events.
Reporting & Template Development - Prepare regular operational and performance reports, and design or improve reporting templates to enhance consistency, clarity, and efficiency.
Sales Support Through Calling Exercises - Assist sales activities by conducting outbound calling exercises to agents.
What you will need: - Undergraduate student in Business or related disciplines
- Conversant in MS Word applications including Word, Excel, and Chinese word processing
- Good writing skills with strong attention to detail
- Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and basic documentation
- Self-motivated, independent, strong learning ability, sense of responsibility and good teamwork skills
