A regional investment bank is hiring a Marketing VP (Bilingual – Execution & Coordination Lead) in Hong Kong.
Role Purpose
This role serves as the operational anchor of the Marketing function, translating strategic direction into well-executed campaigns, content, and events, while ensuring alignment across internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign & Content Execution
- Execute education-led marketing campaigns across key themes including ETFs, global markets, and digital assets.
- Manage bilingual content workflows, including drafting, coordination of translations, and final quality checks to ensure accuracy, consistency, and brand alignment.
- Oversee content calendars and ensure disciplined execution across platforms.
Event & Speaker Management
- Coordinate end-to-end logistics for marketing events such as investor forums, summits, panel discussions, university engagements, and internal town halls.
- Manage speaker coordination, including briefing materials, timelines, rehearsals, and on-the-day execution.
- Liaise with agencies, venues, production vendors, and internal teams to ensure seamless delivery.
Stakeholder & Project Management
- Act as a key point of contact for cross-functional stakeholders, including Sales, Digital Asset Strategy, Compliance, Legal, and external partners.
- Track timelines, approvals, deliverables, and dependencies across multiple projects.
- Prepare clear project updates, summaries, and post-event reviews for senior management.
Operational & Governance Support
- Support marketing budget tracking, vendor management, and post-campaign evaluations.
- Ensure adherence to internal processes, governance requirements, and regulatory considerations.
- Proactively identify risks, bottlenecks, and mitigation actions.
Requirements
- 5+ years of marketing experience, preferably within financial services, fintech, or other regulated industries.
- Strong written and spoken English and Chinese (Traditional Chinese preferred).
- Excellent organizational, project management, and execution skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to manage stakeholders across seniority levels.
- High sense of ownership, accountability, and attention to detail.

- Experience working with regional or global headquarters.
- Exposure to ETFs, capital markets, digital assets, or investor education initiatives.
