Job description Project Overview We are supporting a large-scale
workplace transformation and office renovation project for a leading financial service client in Hong Kong. The project includes office relocation, workplace infrastructure modernisation, and a major end-user computing refresh across the enterprise.
This role requires an experienced
Workplace Project Manager with strong coordination skills, people-centric leadership, and hands-on experience delivering complex workplace and technology programmes within regulated or enterprise environments (e.g., banking or financial services).
Key Responsibilities Project & Stakeholder Management - Lead and manage an end-to-end workplace transformation project, including office renovation and relocation.
- Act as the primary point of contact for project coordination across business stakeholders, IT, vendors, and workplace leadership.
- Work closely with the Workplace Head and a small core team to ensure smooth execution.
Technology & Workplace Delivery - Oversee technology provisioning and readiness for a large-scale office move in an enterprise environment.
- Manage transition and replacement of VDI solutions, including user impact coordination.
- Oversee modernisation of Wi-Fi and workplace infrastructure
- Coordinate deployment and refresh of desktop and laptop devices
Business Analysis & Documentation - Perform business analysis and requirement gathering, working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Produce clear and structured project documentation, including plans, RAID logs, governance materials, and sign-off artefacts.
- Support RFP processes, including scope definition, vendor coordination, and evaluation support.
Required Experience & Skills Experience - Minimum 5 years' experience in project management; 8+ years preferred.
- Proven experience as a Workplace Project Manager, delivering office relocation, renovation, or workplace transformation projects.
- Strong background in enterprise technology projects, preferably within banking or regulated environments.
- Excellent project coordination and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong problem-solving mindset; calm and structured under pressure.
- Highly people-centric, with strong communication and change management abilities.
- Able to work independently within a small, senior team.
Language - Fluent in Cantonese and English (spoken and written).
