- Lead the agency compensation strategy & design in group office.
- Drive the agency proposition development in group level while maintaining strong governance.
- Define success metrics for agency compensation and proposition effectiveness.
- Engaging the senior stakeholders across the group and markets.
Requirement:
- Qualified Actuary with at least 10 years experiences in life insurance/ consulting (Especially on Product Pricing or Product Development)
- O perates at the intersection of Actuarial Analysis, Insurance Strategy and Agency Incentives.
- Essential to have Asia experience to understand the regions specific agency structures.
