Your new role - Partner with newly joined Relationship Managers to provide end-to-end client onboarding support.
- Manage account opening processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal and regulatory requirements.
- Handle KYC reviews and prepare detailed Source of Wealth (SOW) write-ups.
- Coordinate documentation and research to support client onboarding and ongoing relationship management.
- Maintain client records and ensure smooth operational workflow with attention to detail.
What you'll need to succeed - Minimum 3 years of relevant Private Banking experience, preferably in ARM or client onboarding roles.
- Strong language skills: fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English.
- Hands-on experience with KYC, account opening, and documentation processes.
- Solid understanding of compliance requirements and ability to prepare SOW write-ups.
- Detail-minded, with strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
