Build strong stakeholder relationships, understand business requirements, and deliver project management solutions that support transformation initiatives.
Roles and Responsibilities: Core Applications Transformation - Lead change management to implement new technologies and streamline operations for greater efficiency.
- Champion agile methodologies and innovative operational models to enable future growth.
- Collaborate with functional leaders to redesign processes, identify automation opportunities, and enhance customer experience.
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve operational value.
- Support the Director, CAT in developing business case and executing core applications transformation projects.
- Coordinate engagement strategies and communication protocols with stakeholders.
Project Management and Delivery - Lead project teams, set strategic direction, and ensure alignment with operational KPIs.
- Oversee all aspects of project management, including planning, risk management, governance, reporting, and resource allocation.
- Establish and maintain consistent project governance frameworks.
- Collaborate with TDA Project Manager and workstreams to ensure effective project oversight.
- Manage project documentation, reporting, and deliverable sign-off.
- Develop communication materials tailored to various audiences.
- Provide direct project management support for specific initiatives, including end-to-end planning and execution of delivery, testing and training where required for the implementation projects.
- Occasional travel to offshore hosting centers may be required.
Job Requirements: - University degree with at least 8 years of relevant project experience, including 4 years in a team lead role.
- PMP, Lean, Scrum Master, or Agile certification preferred.
- Experience with JIRA, Confluence, or similar project management tools is an advantage.
- Extensive experience in similar roles within the insurance industry.
- Proven track record in managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects in large organizations.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and innovation skills.
- In-depth knowledge of project management best practices and methodologies
