Role Overview
We are seeking a Senior Python Developer with strong application architecture and system design experience to take ownership of core platform components.
You will be responsible not only for development, but also for designing scalable application structures, defining technical solutions, and ensuring end-to-end delivery of platform features in an agile and DevOps-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and architect scalable Python-based applications and services
- Lead technical design discussions and contribute to system architecture decisions
- Develop and maintain core platform components (booking modules, lifecycle event management, analytics reporting)
- Work closely with product teams to translate requirements into technical solutions
- Ensure system design aligns with scalability, reliability, and performance standards
- Operate within an agile and DevOps environment with production ownership mindset
Requirements
- 7+ years experience as a Python Developer
- Strong experience in application architecture and system design (mandatory)
- Proven track record of designing and building enterprise-grade applications
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Strong Python expertise (FastAPI / Django or similar frameworks)
- Solid understanding of SDLC, design patterns, and testing practices
- Experience with microservices, APIs, and distributed systems
- Strong communication skills and ability to influence technical decisions
Nice to Have
- Experience in financial markets / structured products / derivatives
- Cloud / Kubernetes / DevOps exposure
- AI/ML or LLM fundamentals
- Strong data modeling (relational + JSON structures)
