Your Role
As a Senior Manager, Regional Sales, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and managing overall local operations, including sales, customer management, and service delivery. You will lead and develop a high-performing sales and account management team, ensuring achievement of business targets through clear KPIs and strategic execution. You will contribute to regional leadership initiatives, define and implement go-to-market strategies, and actively identify new business opportunities. The role also involves close collaboration with internal stakeholders, including marketing, operations, finance, and compliance to ensure exceptional client service. Representing your company in the local business community, you will build strong networks and enhance your market presence.

What You'll Need To Succeed
You will bring extensive experience in sales or client relationship management within a B2B environment, along with a minimum of 3 years in a leadership role. A strong understanding of foreign exchange markets and financial services products is essential. You should demonstrate a proven track record of achieving sales targets, along with the ability to influence, motivate, and develop teams. Strong communication, organisational and time management skills are critical, alongside a customer-focused approach. Candidates must be Hong Kong Citizens or Permanent Residents.
