Your new company You will be joining a leading global financial institution in Hong Kong, supporting the Greater China marketing team in delivering high-profile client engagement initiatives and large-scale events.
Your new role - Plan and execute bespoke client events and large-scale events (500+ attendees) across the region.
- Manage end-to-end event delivery including vendors, logistics, timelines, and on-site execution.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to support client engagement and marketing initiatives.
- Support event-related communications, reporting, and post-event activities.
What you'll need to succeed - Minimum 8 years of marketing experience, with a strong focus on event management.
- Proven experience managing large-scale (500+ pax) and client-facing events.
- Knowledge of digital marketing preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong organisational, multitasking, and stakeholder management skills.
- Financial services experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Fluency in English and Mandarin as the role supports Greater China markets, including Mainland China clients and stakeholders.
