Key Responsibilities - Translate business questions into clear analytical solutions
- Analyse and interpret data to deliver actionable insights
- Build and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytical outputs
- Communicate insights effectively to stakeholders, including senior leaders
- Partner with business teams to support strategic decision-making
Essential Requirements - Strong foundation in data science, analytics, statistics, or actuarial studies
- Proficiency in SQL and Excel, with experience using VBA/macros
- Exposure to BI tools and data authoring/reporting
- Ability to structure ambiguous problems and apply analytical thinking
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
