Your new company A top-tier insurer is looking for a product proposition and marketing lead for the local office.
Your new role - Lead the development and execution of product proposition and segment strategies.
- Work with internal teams and partners to enhance product offerings and solutions to increase engagement and channel expansion.
- Coordinate across functions to ensure product initiatives are aligned, well-planned, and delivered effectively.
- Partner with sales and distribution teams to develop relevant sales materials, product positioning, and customer-focused messaging.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to inform ongoing product and proposition improvements.
What you'll need to succeed - Minimum 9 years experience in related fields.
- Strong knowledge of insurance products.
- Good understanding of distribution channels and how product propositions support them.
- Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in spoken and written English and Chinese.
