Your new role - Provide regulatory compliance advisory support to Personal Banking business on products, services, and initiatives
- Ensure compliance with HKMA regulations, internal policies, and regulatory requirements
- Review and advise on new product launches, marketing materials, and business initiatives
- Liaise with regulators and manage regulatory enquiries, inspections, and reporting
- Conduct compliance risk assessments and identify potential regulatory gaps
- Support policy development, regulatory updates, and implementation of control frameworks
- Collaborate with stakeholders across business, legal, and risk functions
What you'll need to succeed - Solid experience in regulatory compliance within retail / personal banking
- Strong knowledge of HKMA regulations and retail banking products
- Experience in advisory and stakeholder management
- Familiarity with regulatory engagement, audits, and compliance reviews
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Degree holder in relevant discipline
