I am looking for a babysitter for my 3 months old baby. I have a domestic helper but she has no experience with them. I need a good english speaker who enjoys being with babies. Preferably someone who has worked for expat families since I need to check references. Also, does anyone knows how much rent-a-mum charges per hour?.

Why bother. Would think the best thing to do is to change the helper. Yr baby is only 3 months old, there is still along way to go. Get someone who kowns how to take care of a baby. Part time is never the same as full time.

yes MC, I am looking for a new helper as well, but in the meantime I need someone to help me out with the baby so that I get to spend some Q.T. with my husband.

Thanks for your reply. Are you from France? The most important thing is that you have references from an expat family. If you don't have references but you have experience with an infant then explain to me what experience you feel is most relevant.
