I have started juicing and does anyone have any good ideas of what to do with all the left over pulp .

Some add it to compost. Perhaps you dont have a compost bin tho.

I like to mix it with sea salts and use it as a bodyscrub.

you can chop (blend) some almond finely to make into a body scrub. Ingredient: Glycerin, sea salt (or Epson salt), pulp, almond.

I make muffins with it - orange, apple and carrot muffins. You may need to freeze it until you are ready to use it. Can also be used as a thickener in stews and casseroles - gives an added taste as well.
