There is a lesbian night at D'Apartment in LKF every 1st Tuesday of the month, 6:30-10:30. It's called Les Peches, cover is $50 including a drink. Various ages, older crowd mostly. Hope that helps

I went to the last les peches and had a fab night.. nice companies, good chats, social, informal, good fun .. and yeah i'm over 40.. there's another bash at propaganda on the 23rd or les peches again on the 7th :o)

i went to the last propaganda "lesbian night". it was too quiet. hopefully it'll get better. les peches is good. very social. i'm 22 and i like the fact that it's all ages. we're all there for the same reason...now...where are all the younger ppl :)

I am one of the organisers of Les Peches (1st Tuesday of every month at D'Apartment). Organised and run by lesbians for lesbians and their friends, 'Les Peches', pronounce 'lay pesh', is a brand new monthly event where lesbians can socialise, chat, share, laugh, eat, drink, inspire, exchange, relate and communicate.
Sorry Jonni but you won't be only lady over 40... We have others. Basically we welcome anyone from 17 to well... no limit. It is a great night. a bit sad to hear that some think it is an older crwod. There are many younger ladies.

At this stage Les Peches is HK thing only. We are holding Les Peches at a very cool venue called D'Apartment (Basement, 34 D'Aguilar St, LKF).
As for setting up a similar night in China… well why not. Can I use this thread for a little online survey?
Do you think there is a possibility/need to organise such an event in Mainland China? Does anything similar already exist? Do the boys have anything like it? Anybody interested in helping setting it up in Shenzhen and Shanghai?

I may be moving to HK shortly...and just ready the posts...I know in China they have the guys nights..but are they still cracking down gay activities? My Shanghai friend (based in Canada now) says it's still illegal in China and one can go to jail? So is such a gathering kosher? I'm just concern..or am I behind the times and China has since 'opened' up?
