Guys what can be done with a tin of tuna? I usually chop onion, add mayo & pepper & put in a sandwich or on a baked potato. Any other ideas ie tuna & mash baked in oven or grilled some how?

Here's a family recipe from me, measurements are approximate: Drain one small can tuna and mash the meat together with about 2 Tablespoons of mayonaise (or more if you like). Then mix this together with the following: 1 apple chopped into smallish, bite size pieces (Granny Smith or other tart apple is the best), about 2 Tablespoons chopped mild onion (if you like onion), about 2 Tablespoons celery, plus about a Tablespoon of dill pickle relish (or chopped dill pickle). Salt and pepper to taste. Serve on a bed of lettuce with saltine crackers. This is one serving of a nice, light lunch or supper. You can make this basic recipe work for two people by using two apples for the same can of tuna.

i made sichuan style hot n sour soup with it. it taste pretty much like shark's fins (for those like me who likes chinese black vinegar but boycotts shark's fins).

boil sliced pickled bamboo shoots in stock. add unflavoured tuna and tofu strips and bring to boil. finally add cornstarch and season with black vinegar and white pepper.
