EYEBROW TATTOOING AND PEDICURES

Hi. I am really sick and tired of darkening and correcting the shape of my eyebrows every morning. I am wondering if anyone can suggest a good place to get my eyebrows (or shall I say, lack of eyebrows?) tattooed? I've heard Hong Kong is one of the best places to get it done well and for a good price.

Also, I am looking for a place that does "western-style" pedicures for a reasonable price. You see, I have been to a number of places, and they don't actually exfoliate/scrape all the dead skin off the bottom of your feet prior to working on the toenails! Don't even get me started on what I've had to deal with in China! It's even worst than it is in Hong Kong. All I want is a soak, an exfoliating, cuticle removal, polish application, and of course, a little foot massage is always welcomed!!

The one in Central, they do the pedicure probably. They scrape all the dead skin for you.

It is located in Central, near Lan Kwai Fong. Opposite KFC, the Century Square , 3rd floor. Advanced booking is required.

Call Mandy, the shop is called Triple Edge

Or try the Shanghainese medical pedicure at the Mandarin Hotel. You might have to wait till the renovation is done. Sam (I think) shaves off the old skin. Quite expensive at around $660.http://www.mandarinoriental.com/hotel/514000405.asp

As for the eyebrow tattooing... couldn't tell you where to get it done but the people I know who did this found an excellent cosmetic surgeon to remove them by laser.

Claire, I can second your recommendation for Sam at the Mandarin Hotel. He is very good and leaves my feet feeling baby soft.

As for the tattooning I am also interested to have this done - if I can achieve a natural looking result. I have no experience with it whatsoever and don't know anyone who has had it done (seen a few disasters on the street though). From your comment I can gather that you know people who have been disappointed. Is there anyone who can share their experience with this procedure? Successful or not.
