I'm American and married to a HK woman. We both want a divorce. Everything is amiacable, no kids, noone asking for $. I want to leave the country, both want to move on. Can anyone tell me how long wil the process will take? What is the quickest way we can do it? Would it be quicker or possible to get a divorce in the US? Any info greatly appreciated.

If you can access a website divorce and what to expect, several of them out there. In some states in the USA to file for divorce you have to be resident there, for at least one year.
