We are thinking of hiring a clown or a magician for our soon 5th Birthday.

Would you recommend someone really good with reasonable price?

Party would be hold in our place... I am expecting 15 kids... and I am so worried of the weather!

We decided against having a clown at our daughters 5th birthday as we weren't sure whether the children were going to be scared and also not all children can sit still for a magician.

We ended up hiring a large bouncy castle from Jumpin for Joy which the children absolutely loved.

For her 4th birthday, we hired Buzz and Woody but some children were slightly afraid of the larger than life chararcters and were hiding behind their parents for about half an hour.

Thank you for the response! I don't know who are Buzz and Woody... Are they fun? What kind of show are they doing? How about their fees?


Actually I think a clown is fine for 5 Y. old. Most parties we attended were having one. The thing is that everyone hires the same clown in our area. The man is excellent - BUT I would prefer to find something a bit different :-)


I like the bouncy castle idea but I will not go for it... Since every year it has been raining for our son's B-day! Don't want to take the risk...


I will keep on searching a cool animation for this BIG event!

Buzz and Woody are from Toy Story... If you find out where to hire characters from could you post it here as I would love to know where to hire a really good "Fairy" from.
