Could anyone recommend a good English Speaking Driving Instructor?
I do NOT want to go to one of the driving schools. Someone located in Causeway Bay or Kowloon would be ideal.

Go to the motor vehicle dept in Admiralty.
There is a board there listing all the certified driving instructors in HK, and what langauages they speak.
Call a few that speak English and find one that meets your needs.
I did this a few years ago, and it was very good. I can't remember his name, but we drove in Kowloon Tong and Mongkok - just a 3 hour 'refresher' course.

Try Raymond Fung 98881155. He does both new and refresher course. I did this last year. Never had to repeat :)
His driving area is Wanchai & Causeway Bay.
