TurboCat sells tickets for the Macau ferry at their window for $150, but the travel agents right next door sell them for $140. Are these the same tickets? Is there a cheaper source for tickets than the TurboCat window?

Are you sure the travel agent's tickets are for Turbocat, not First Ferry from TST? TST to Macau is $137, return is $140 with FF on weekdays.

Same tickets, but - for return/roundtrip tickets - the agents' are harder to change the time if you decide to come back earlier than the ticketed time. (You can never return later than your ticketed time.)

Yes, it was definately TurboJet. The tickets looked exactly like my ticket, except that they were a slightly different shade...sort of greyish instead of blue. But with the same layout. They didn't look like r/t tickets.

Burgundy, aren't all tickets the same in terms of ability to standby for an earlier departure? I don't know, just asking...
By the way, anyone know which casinos in Macau have low minimum blackjack tables. Last time I went to the Sands, I only saw $500 minimums.

john, That's the story one of the little agents told me... no obvious reason for him to fib.
All tkts say in the small print that they cannot be changed - but TurboJet staff have discretion to allow one change (and one only), provided it is effected before the tktd sailing.

anyway, normally it is quite easy to cath another ferry than the one you have booked.. very easy if you want to catch one earlier than you booked ticket... and for one later, well it just depends on the date/time.. if it's full, you may wait for hours.. if not, then they will let you go...
