Why dont u just try and do this, have proper breakfast and lunch, but start skipping dinner. Breakfast is very important for our body as it provides necessary energy for the whole day.

why don't you try normal breakfast and lunch and for dinner have SlimFast, bought at the Chemist. My friend lost 50 lbs over 12 months doing that. No depression as she was so pleased that it was working. Good luck.

All of the above advice is very sound. Also, Omega 3 stops depression. It has been researched and validated. So, if you are eating so little, you are not getting any Omega 3 found in green vegetables and fish. It also speeds up your metabolism so you digest food easier and use up your fat storage. That way, you can eat the right amount of nutritional food and still lose weight - without starving as you are! Just learnt all that in a science show last night.
