Teeth whitening and quit smoking

Im not sure about the teeth whitening, but I quit smoking a year ago May 1st. It was my 3rd try, I think the only reason it worked is because I found something I liked doing just as much as smoking. Which turned out to be jogging. Every time I wanted a Cigarette I went for a run. Find something you really like to do and swap the addiction...hopefully for something better for you. GOOD LUCK!
