well, the second one looks like more like a school essay or i would rather, a written entrance exam, in which you have to mention, why are you suitable for this post. reminds me of SIA application form.

I know a few Cathay Pilots who would run very quickly! Easiest way to get one of those is to be a flight attendant - oops did I say that??
