There must be an elevator as well...but to avoid hassels it might be a good idea to go on your own first to check the itinerary. Hong Kong seems to be a very hard city for someone on a weelchair as well, I hope they improve that aspect of the city.

When I read the title of your message I interpreted WC as meaning bathrooms. After reading the message, my original interpretation is also relevant - make sure they have bathrooms for people in wheelchairs. I doubt your relative would want to attempt to use an Asian-style toilet!
