if u already pr and have stable income and sufficient funds in your account it would'nt be a hassle to get your parents, you can just sponspor them as u would ur wife. cheers ang gud luck

Whatever the position with regard to their age, be aware that - as I understand it - immi will assess only your own financial position, NOT that of your parents. You have to show that YOU can support them, not that they can support themselves. So if for example your parents have HKD5 million savings but you have only a modest HKD5,000 per month job, immi will consider only your income - not your parents' savings - in their financial test. They take the word "Dependant" quite literally, even when the dependant is clearly not financially dependent on you.
